The idea of team building activities has been around for a long time and so have we. Ardclinis is a team building company strongly focused on team development. Our senior management are highly skilled at creating successful events using outdoor activities, team building exercises and games.

It is important, for a successful event, that your team is put at ease. We know the thought of outdoor activities can cause anxiety for some individuals, so all our challenges are by choice and can be achieved by most people. Activities can be tailored to suit the physical needs of your group.

Other ideas can include: Search and Rescue exercise, Pioneering, building a craft, Novel transportation, Scenarios, Green Adair, Golden Egg Challenge, Mystical Journey and Lighthouse. Our courses are very much focused on practical skills which we highlight and discuss. We stress the value of enjoyment. We work to ensure that everyone values the time invested in the course and that the end result is effective in your terms.

Non residential - A day package includes activites and facilitation, all specialist equipment, personal accident insurance, tea/coffee/scones on arrival, light lunch of soup and sandwiches.

Residential - hotel based - includes accommodation, all catering, conference facility, activities, facilitation, all specialist equipment and personal accident insurance.

Our team working courses are very much focused on practical skills which we highlight and discuss. We stress the value of enjoyment. We work to ensure that everyone values the time invested in the course and that the end result is effective in your terms.

Too much of the past history of Experiential Education has been shrouded in mystique (and in physical challenge). We seek to redress the balance of understanding by highlighting the definitions below.

* * * Green Adair - a resources game with abseiling and navigation.

* * * Golden Egg challenge - a challenging canoe journey and big abseil combines with a spectacular 2 km upland walk.
*
* * * Mystical journey - lots of ways to travel with team challenges such as a ropes course and archery and canoeing and abseiling to complete along the way.
*
* * * Lexihumourographology - active orienteering game with an entertaining auction.
*
* * * Lighthouse / Paddywagon - each of these are communication games, often using radios. These activities can be directed at other teamwork skills. The best part of these, and other resources games, could be called 'GrownUp Creative Play'.
